Delivery & Collection1. Do you deliver on Public Holidays?Yes! We offer delivery services every day, including Public Holidays, for your convenience. 2. What is your earliest & latest delivery time?Standard delivery times are from 7:00AM to 8:00PM. For deliveries outside these hours, an additional charge of $50 and above applies. 3. What is the delivery charge?
Pricing (Before GST) 4. Do you deliver to venues without lift landing?Yes, delivery to locations without a lift landing is available. Please note a $35+ surcharge per level applies due to the extra handling needed. 5. What is the collection time for the buffet?
Buffets should be collected 2–3 hours from the time of delivery, or by 10:00?PM, whichever comes first. A maximum extension of 1 hour is available for a $30+ surcharge. 6. Can I self collect?
