Terms and Conditions



  • Prices are subjected to change and prevailing GST
  • Side orders must come along with buffet order
  • Food is best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery as advised by NEA
  • For our buffets, we provide 2 main courses (Portion: 50% per main course)
  • 50% deposit is required for order above $800.00
  • We reserved the rigths to change menu items based on availability of our suppliers' produce without prior notice.
  • Delivery time: 7:00am - 8.00pm
  • Delivery will be +/- 30mins from stated delivery time
  • Delivery fee of $35.00 ($37.45 w/ GST)
    • An additional surcharge of $15.00 ($16.05 w/ GST) will be applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa) and Central Business District (CBD) denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square 03, 17; Orchard 22,23; Bras Basah 18, 19
    • An additional surcharge of $35 will be applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing
    • All buffet orders that deliver to Non-Permanent address (Eg: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) would be required to make pre-payment via bank transfer 2 working days before the function date
  • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done on ground level
  • Additional surcharge will be applicable for Buffet set-up on other levels of the landed property (Please note that we will not be held liable for any damages caused during the set-up)
  • Collection will be done 3 hours from the event time, or 10pm, whichever is earlier. A maximum of 1 hour extension is available at a surcharge of $10+. However, an extension is not recommended as NEA advises for food to be best consumed within a time frame of 4 hours.
  • Cancellation must be done 5 days in advance for a full refund. You may choose to postpone your event date at no extra charge (minimum 2 working days in advance)
  • For cancellation made less than 6 hours, no refund will be made.
  • For cancellation made less than 12 hours prior to the event, a 50% refund will be provided
  • For cancellations made less than 1 working day prior to the event, a 70% refund will be provided
  • For 48 hours notice, a 80% refund will be provided.
  • For cancellations made 2 to 5 working days in advance, a $25 administrative fee will be charged.

1.    Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to any consent of personal details, including but not limited to orders and purchases made on On & On Diners reserves the right to amend/update this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer. We at On & On Diners (“On & On Diners”, “we,” “us,” “our”) know that our customers (“you,” “your”) care about how your personal information is gathered, used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read this Security & Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to understand how On & On Diners may gather, use and disclose your personal data, whether through our website at https://www.onandon.sg/ (“Site”), or otherwise in the course of our normal business operations.
2.    Account Registration and Users
With account registration on On & On Diners Website, users are provided a unique identification across the website for redemption and account management. It will too aid us to trace all orders where there are queries or issues that surfaced. Registration is simple and can only be done through individual users. The customer must provide a unique email and password when registering. These will be required to logged in to the unique account dashboard with all the users’ information and purchases on On & On Diners.
Customers must also ensure that all details provided during registration or any other time are accurate and complete at the point of registration. Any changes to details provided during registration must be updating the dashboard on On & On Diners. You will be asked to provide a password upon registration; this Password must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone. You will be liable for any purchases and activities that are submitted under this Password.
3.    Termination of Account and Users
If you do not wish to be part of the On & On Diners Community and wished for your account to be taken down, you may submit a request of deletion by email at sales@onandon.sg, or call us during our operating hour (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm) at +65 9828 3292. Do note that some information not limited to Sales Transactions may remain in our private records after deletion of account.
If you do not wish to receive any emails or marketing communications materials from us, you may wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
4.    Personal Data Protection Act (Privacy Policy)
a.    Consent;
By accessing the website, you are to provide your personal data to On & On Diners, you hereby acknowledge that you have read this Policy and that you are giving permission to the collection, usage and disclosure of your personal data by On & On Diners in accordance to this policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not access the website and/or provide your personal data to On & On Diners.
b.    Purpose; and
On & On Diners collects your personal data in order to provide our services to you, this allow us to customise and improve our services and your customer service experience with us. Personal data collected by On & On Diners will be used for:
·      To process, record, monitor and fulfil your orders and deliveries;
·      To plan and schedule routes for deliveries efficiently;
·      To authenticate your personal particulars and payments to do fraud management
·      For communications with you, including confirmation and updating your status of orders, and/or delivery logistics
·      To be able to communicate to you with the latest promotions, offers, surveys, events, new product launches and services; which may be of your interest;
·      To be able to conduct market research, demographical analysis and all other statistical analysis;
·      To update and back-up our records;
·      To decrease credit risk and/or fraud, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity.
·      To comply with the law, the requests of law enforcement and regulatory officials
·      To enforce our legal rights and remedies; or
·      For other such purposes notified to you on/or before collection or use of the data
On & On Diners will ensure receivers of your personal data are legally bound to provide a standard of protection for your personal data comparable to the protection afforded under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 No. 26 of 2012.
c.    Reasonableness
As your Account is secured by a password for your confidentiality and security, we ask that you take caution to protect against illegal access or use of your Account. You are liable for any loss, theft and compromise of your password and Account Information, and any activity on your Account that takes place through unauthorised password use.
On & On Diners does not warrant or guarantee in any way that your personal information or private communications will permanently remain private and/or safe. We hereby disclaims any accountability or liability directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with, any loss, theft, or unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar actions with regard to any personal data held or maintained by us, except to the extent caused by our fault or negligence.
5.    Intellectual Property
You agree that the On & On Diners website contains information, data, software, photographs, graphics, typefaces, music, sounds and other material (collectively) that are safeguarded by copyrights, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights owned by us or our suppliers. You are not to modify, reproduce, copy or distribute any of the content on On & On Diners for commercial or personal purposes without our prior consent.
6.    Pricing and Product Information
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill orders in terms of price, details and size through the On & On Diners website, On & On Diners expressly reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice. As much as On & On Diners tries to reflect the actual product size, details and price, On & On Diners is not liable for the situation when they differ from the actual product.
On & On Diners has made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
