General Enquiries

1. What menu will be available for CNY?


During the Chinese New Year period, we will be offering only our CNY menus. All other menus will not be available at this time.

2. How many days in advance should I place an order?


For full buffets with setup, orders should be placed at least 1 week in advance. For mini buffets, please place your order at least 4 days in advance.

Available slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred date.

3. Can I order the regular buffet sets instead of the CNY menu?


Unfortunately, we will only be offering our Chinese New Year menu during this limited-time period. Our regular buffet menus will resume once the festive period ends.

4. What does mini buffets come with?


Mini buffet sets are served in disposable trays and include disposable plates, forks, spoons, and serving utensils.

5. What if I am allergic to seafood?


For non-peak dates (excluding peak periods), please email us at sales@onandon.sg if you require alternative options for guests with allergies.

6. Will there be CNY decorations?

All buffet setups include tables for the buffet line and a floral centerpiece.
A $200 top-up is required for Chinese New Year decorations.

7. Do you do deliveries on CNY Day 1 and Day 2?

Yes, we will be operating on Chinese New Year Day 1 and Day 2.

8. Can I get a free delivery?

We offer free delivery for orders over $1000 for Mini Buffets and over $1,500 for Full Buffets.

9. Can i self-collect my order instead?


Yes, self collection is available.

10. What payment modes do you accept?


Payment can be made via any debit or credit card, or PayNow.

Please note that your event is confirmed only after full payment is received.

11. What if I want to cancel my order?


Please note that there will not be any refunds for festive menus. Festive menus are exclusively curated and produce will be sourced upon confirmation & payment being made. 
 
In the case of a force majeure event/acts of government, the cost of the package will be converted into store credits with no expiry.

12. How long will the CNY menu last?


The CNY menu will be available from now until the end of the promotional period. During this time, all other menus on our website will not be available.

13. Is On & On Halal Certified?

Yes! We are Halal Certified. 

14. Are table decorations provided?


All complete buffet setups include a decorative floral piece.

15. Do you rent chairs & tables?


Yes, we offer rentals for chairs, cocktail tables with covers, and square tables with skirting.

Rental Rates:
Cocktail Table with Cover: from $32.00 per piece
Long Table with Skirting: from $25.00 per piece

Important Notes: Rentals are for 1 day only (event day). Additional days will incur both the rental fee and an extra delivery charge of $35. All rented equipment will be delivered and cleared along with your buffet setup.

16. Do you provide service staff?

Service Staff are provided at $100+ per service staff for a 3 hours buffet.
BBQ Chefs are provided at $180+ per service staff for a 3 hours BBQ Event. 

 

 

17. Are vegetarian meals available?

Vegetarian packed meals can be prepared separately from your buffet and will follow the price point of your buffet order.

Simply leave it as a comment in the remarks box to indicate the number of vegetarian items and include it in the total quantity. Vegetarian meals are ad-hoc meals planned by Chef.

Alternatively, you may change some of the dishes to vegetarian options.

18. What if my order does not hit the minimum on your menus?

Do write in to sales@onandon.sg and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

A surcharge may apply.

19. Are takeaway boxes provided?

No, we do not provide takeaway boxes or containers for leftover food. For quality and safety, food is best consumed within the recommended consumption period.

20. Are cutleries provided?

Yes, we will provide cutlery for all orders.
